This evening, while my dinner was cooling, I had an awesome call from the Technical Department of Technology the Technical Assistance for my Computer in Auckland Central wanting to run some diagnostic checks to point out the malicious .inf files and masses of Errors from malicious software on my computer (the one running “Windows XP or Vista”), and then remotely access it via the software on http://www.ammyy.com

They even offered to fix all my Apple Mac problems as well! You’ve got to admire their persistence. Apparently the local technicans I normally use wouldn’t fix the problems, and they would reoccur in 3 months.

Good fun.

Apparently the @lilblip is starving. He’s also a Star Wars fan. Singing for your supper?

Went along to the UPnz MatchUPnz event, and recorded Minimonos co-founder and serial tech entrepreneur Melissa Clark-Reynolds’ talk. Excellent stuff, will try to post slides too.

And a blog post on the event here by Paul Spence: Finder, Minder, Grinder + @UPnz event to help you find tech co-founders
